The first-month deal is great. The storage area is neat and has a good cool temperature. They have enough trolleys in case you end up moving things at the same time as other people, you may still get a spare. It's easy to locate being at the corner of Springfield Blvd. and Jamaica Ave.

I went solely to 'window shop' as public storage had given me an affordable price for a unit. I arrived and was greeted by the staff whom were very friendly. I spoke to the manager Dashni, and she was very kind and answered any questions I had. She explained everything very thoroughly and with a lot of patience. The unit itself, a 5x5, was a PERFECT fit for what I was looking for. And Dashni advised us that if we wanted to upgrade to a bigger space, that we could at any time (which is great!!). We paid for the unit plus insurance which all came out to under $100 which is just what we wanted. She explained how the billing cycle worked and then gave us the key to our unit plus all the paperwork I had signed. The only thing I would change if I could is the store hours.. I wish they were open a little later as I currently work a 9-5 and it's a bit too tight to make it there in time.. Everything else was great!! The place and unit were both clean and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Dashni!!!

I read a lot of reviews before choosing the final storage place. This one in Queens Village came highly recommended by almost every review I read. Reviewers often spoke of how helpful the guys their are, one name that kept popping up was Stephen, so when I went in and Stephen was helping me I was expecting a lot and he delivered going even above his reviews. This storage center is clean and orderly, the workers are helpful and respectful. I would advise anyone needing a storage facility to choose this one.

The Guys at my public Storage are the Best on 220- Jamaica ave Are the Best!!! I can not count how many times I called them changed my move in date, storage area!!! They remembered me and were Wonderful and Helpful every time!!
